RECEPTIONIST/ OFFICE MANAGER- Starting August 24, 2026
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/ Office Manager to join our pediatric physical therapy clinic team. This position is full-time, 30-40 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, has excellent communication skills, and can help create a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients and families
Answer phones, respond to emails, manage faxes
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Verify patient information and maintain records
Collect payments
Insurance billing tasks
Communicate with therapists and families regarding scheduling and clinic needs
Maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment
Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Clinic’s Social Media management
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic setting
Medical billing/ insurance experience preferred but not required
Experience working with children or families is a plus
Basic computer and office software proficiency required
Schedule
Full time: 30-40 hours per week
Start date: August 24, 2026 or possibly sooner
